Rumpus is a fun percussion feature that would fit perfectly into many marching band shows. Its triplet feel and lively tempo drive momentum and really help connect elements of a show; the fun interplay between sections will keep audiences on their toes anticipating what's next. This piece is no stranger to the field -- the San Jose State University marching band played it in their 2011 show!
Rated intermediate for it's syncopated triplet rhythms and showy embellishments (split roll in the snares for example), this piece should be accessible to a majority of ensembles. We can't wait to see it take the field again!
